Chili Crunch Tuna Poke
When the weather is scorching hot, the last thing you want to do is turn on the stove. That’s why this Chili Crunch Tuna Poke Bowl is the ultimate solution. It’s fresh, flavorful, and completely no-cook. Plus, the spicy kick actually helps cool you down. It sounds counterintuitive, but eating spicy food on a hot day can help regulate your body temperature. Capsaicin (the compound in chili) makes you sweat, and when that sweat evaporates, it cools you down naturally. So, the heat from this chili crunch tuna poke actually makes you feel cooler in the long run!
