Loco Moco Sliders
One of my favorite local-style dishes to get when I’m in Hawaii is Loco Moco. It’s a comforting plate of rice, hamburger steak, gravy, and a runny egg. But what if I told you that you can turn this island classic into an easy-to-make party-friendly slider? Enter the King’s Hawaiian Loco Moco Sliders, the perfect bite-sized twist on a Hawaii favorite.
In this recipe, we combine the sweet, fluffy King’s Hawaiian rolls with juicy smashed burger patties, caramelized onions, sautéed mushrooms, and rich brown gravy—all topped with sunny-side-up eggs for that authentic Loco Moco vibe. Whether you’re hosting a backyard BBQ, game day party, or just craving something next-level, these sliders will steal the show.
