Ingredients
1 lb thin-sliced bacon
1.5 sleeves SkyFlakes crackers (about 44 crackers)
8 oz Parmesan wedge, thinly sliced
½ cup dark brown sugar
1 tbsp red pepper flakes
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper to catch drippings and place a cooling rack on top.
2. Thinly slice the Parmesan wedge, trying to match the width and length of the SkyFlakes crackers. Slice the bacon into quarters so they also match the length of the crackers.
3. Assemble each cracker by placing one slice of Parmesan on the SkyFlakes cracker, topping with a piece of bacon, sprinkling with brown sugar, and finishing with red pepper flakes. Repeat with remaining crackers.
4. Arrange the assembled crackers on the cooling rack, side by side.
5. Bake for 20–30 minutes, checking at 20 minutes. The crackers are done when the bacon is fully cooked and the edges of the SkyFlakes are lightly browned.
6. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
